Our executive search firm is representing a full-service engineering firm with a diversity of experience in architectural, civil, and environmental projects. Our client is looking for a Regional Manager in northeast West Virginia.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the A/E consulting industry.
- Direct people management experience is required.
- BS in Civil or Architect Engineering preferred, other Engineering or Business Administration degree.
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect license required.
- Possess the ability to bring previously established relationships in the geographic area is desired.
- Business Development experience with existing and developing new customers is mandatory.
