As a CNC Machinist, your role in this mission-critical journey is imperative. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring CNC machines to create components and tools from a variety of materials. Your expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints along with geometric tolerances will be instrumental in the production of accurate, high- quality parts – a significant contributor to our success story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit expertise operating, maintaining, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture parts from various materials
• Apply advanced comprehension of blueprints and geometric tolerances to produce precise parts
• Utilize various machinist and hand tools such as micrometers, verniers, indicators, scales, and dial bore gages for quality assurance and precision measurement of parts
• Exhibit physical stamina for lifting an average of 25 lbs
• Demonstrate an open mindset towards learning and adapting to all machines within a cell and receiving coaching and training as necessary
  

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in CNC machining
• Experience operating lathe and/or milling machines
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding geometric tolerances
• Familiarity with machinist and hand tools
• Physical capability to lift an average of 25 lbs
  
• US Citizenship to adhere to DOD requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a concentration in machining would be a significant advantage
  

Salary:

$36.54/hr - plus 15% for 2nd shift, plus 20% for 3rd shift
