Workbox Staffing is hiring Finishers in Grand Rapids.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Desire to grow within a company and grow your career
- Able to work in a small team
- Can complete a 4-hour working interview
- Safety first mindset when working
Skills:
- Able to lift 40lbs – Most lifting is light, however
- Comfortable using small hand tools like a box cutter and sander
- Any previous experience with pattern making or manufacturing is helpful
- Previous experience reading blueprints helpful
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned

Working at this company looks like working Monday through Friday from 7a-4p – there is no overtime opportunities at this company, 40 hours max! You will be working in the finishing department, and this job entails seam-sealing corners, edges, and any areas that need to be spackled together to ensure a clean and even finish on the product. Another component of this job is to adhere small Styrofoam pieces to corners and edges – you will be using a small knife to cut the Styrofoam and glue to adhere the small pieces to the final product.
