Master's Level Clinical School Based Therapist - Marshall County Public Schools

Mercy Community Healthcare is looking for a master's Level Clinical School Based Therapist at Marshall County Public Schools. Full-time and part-time positions available. Applicants must be a temporary licensed MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW in Tennessee.

What Is This Job All About?

• You will be providing therapeutic individual and group counseling services for clients and their families in a school setting through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and referral process.

• You will respond to school crises with support of supervisor and administration team
• You will assist with consultation and training to the school, administrators, and service providers with support from supervisor and team
• You will complete clinical documentation as required by the agency.
• You will treat clients and co-workers with respect and promote an awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural backgrounds and needs of the clients served.

What We Need from You:

• A master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or another related field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents and families; direct counseling experience with children and adolescents preferred.
• You must be temporary licensed in Tennessee as a MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW with the ability to work towards licensure
• Ability to be contracted with most insurance payers.
