Packaging Line Mechanic

Denison Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Line Mechanic to maintain and ensure the proper operation of packaging machinery and equipment.

Packaging Line Mechanic Job Duties/Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of production type electrical, pneumatic, & mechanical trouble-shooting experience.
• Must work well with Quality Control Personnel and others.
• The position requires attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Must be able to maintain, set-up, change-over, and operate packaging equipment: filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machinery.
• Ability to logically trouble-shoot machinery problems, identify root causes and decide on the best course of action.
• Works with sense of urgency and can perform well under pressure.
• CMMS and PM experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Required to follow instructions, GMP’s, SOP’s, and Safety Rules (LOTO).
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Provide training to line workers on equipment and processes within assigned areas as required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Perform other duties as required.
