Job Summary
This role will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, administration and communication of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, leave administration and recognition Develops the framework and guidelines around corporate compensation programs and policies. Ensures the rewards strategy not only attracts but also retains and engages the talent necessary for continued success.

Job Duties Include:
•Develops and executes a Total Rewards strategy that encompasses compensation, benefits, recognition, and other rewards programs that enhance our employee value proposition and align with our business goals.
•Builds and leads a high-performing Total Rewards team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
•Leads the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity-based programs. Ensures that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant regulations.
•Oversees the selection and management of benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits. Collaborates with benefits providers to optimize offerings while managing costs effectively.
•Manages the Request for Proposals (RFP) process with benefits providers. This includes defining requirements, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and selecting providers that offer the best value and fit for the organization.
•Utilizes data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs, making data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience and organizational performance.
•Ensures that all compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and industry standards.
•Develops communication strategies to effectively communicate Total Rewards programs to employees and ensure they understand the value of their compensation and benefits. Provides education and support to employees on their rewards packages.
•Manages relationships with benefits providers, consultants, and other vendors to ensure they deliver on their commitments and provide exceptional service to the organization and its employees.
•Develops and manages the Total Rewards budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering competitive and attractive rewards packages.

Requirements:
•Bachelors/Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
•Minimum of 8 years of compensation experience
•Experience leading a team of diverse professionals with a focus on total rewards, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition preferred
•Strong aptitude and proficiency with Excel is required, ADP and SharePoint experience is strongly preferred
•Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills a must
•Highly proficient in conducting compensation research, analyzing information and data, problem solving and presenting findings in a concise format
•Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred

Experience working in Compensation/Payroll for Canadian in addition to U.S. employees strongly preferred
