GCCS-J Systems Instructor

Overview

JST is currently seeking a GCCS-J Systems Instructor to join our team. The Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training on GCCS-J Advanced Systems, covering all relevant software versions as they are updated and fielded. The role involves a blend of technical proficiency in information systems and a strong foundation in educational methodologies, ensuring comprehensive and effective training for all participants.

This is a full-time ON-SITE position at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Systems Instructor Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth training on GCCS-J Systems, accommodating updates in software versions.
• Maintain subject matter expertise to teach all aspects of the GCCS-J courses effectively.
• Ensure continuity in course development and instruction.
• Qualify to perform as GCCS-J Systems Administrators for training purposes.
• Conduct training at various global sites and assume Systems Administrator responsibilities in specific scenarios.
• Participate in curriculum development and enhancements as per the evolving requirements of the GCCS-J system.

System Instructor Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, or related field preferred.
• 6 years experience with GCCS-J advanced systems.
• 3 years of experience in developing and providing IT and end-user training on computer hardware and application software.
• AETC Basic Instructor Course (BIC).
• GCCS-J System Administrator Courses and any other relevant certifications.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST have a DoD Secret clearance or higher
