Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Design and implement databases.
• Design and implement Business Intelligence tools for the main metrics of each business unit.
• Continuous Data collection and analysis to ensure scorecard implementation.
• Dashboard design and implementation.
• Analyze data to verify compliance with metrics and communicate findings.
• Preparation of reports.
• Provide general support to the Work Processes and Organizational Effectiveness Department initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cost Accounting or similar field.
• 3 years of experience in proficiency in managing large databases, in accounting terminology, in project budgeting and Work Breakdown Structures, use of excel and other data analysis tools like Power BI or similar, use of financial systems, (English and Spanish), of process related software and tools, of Business Intelligence Tools and communication skills, written and verbal.
