- Worksite Location: Sauk Rapids, MN (onsite)
- Salary: $65-75k
What you will do as the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with year-end schedules
- Monitor tenant rent, journal entries
- Create Ad-hoc reporting
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Complete Accounts Receivable functions
- Monitor fixed assets
- Provide backup and support in other areas of the finance department
What you will bring to the role as the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Associate’s Degree in finance or accounting required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Xcel, and accounting software proficient
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong professional communication skills in person, by phone, and by email
- Ability to read and cross-reference a multitude of information
- Ability to speak the English Language competently
- Working knowledge of GAAP principles, practices, and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
