CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Call Center Supervisor to join their Toll Road Call Center team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising Customer Service Representatives
- Ensuring compliance with the firm and clients legal and quality standards
- Achieving monthly collections goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Requirements:
- Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve collector and collection issues in a professional manner
- Ability to lead and motivate employees under supervision
- Ability to work within a team
- Able to resolve complaint calls
- Strong leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
