This position is on-site in Boiling Springs, SC with potential for a hybrid/remote schedule.
AAC is seeking a motivated and eager IT professional to join a client in the Spartanburg, SC area as a Technical Support Specialist. This individual would be working with internal users and customers on a daily basis to troubleshoot technical issues. This a fast-growing company with a strong culture looking to connect with people who genuinely love all aspects of Information Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist client and local users of the company’s technology solutions in solving technical issues
- Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues received via phone, email, or walk-in’s
- Perform thorough follow up of help desk tickets
- Utilize internal ticketing system for help desk tickets involving operating systems, company software, and other software applications
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues through an IT support ticketing system
- Experience resolving network-based issues, configuration and installation of operating systems, and working with internal business applications
- Experience with user administration within Active Directory
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts
- Strong PC skills and a passion for helping people understand information technology

- LAMP stack
- PHP
- SQL
