Data Entry | Administrative Office Person - Hybrid
Location: Sonoma County – 2 days onsite and 3 remote
Compensation: $25-30 per hour
Stable, growing science-based consulting services provider to vineyard, winery, and nursery clients worldwide is hiring a Data Entry | Administrative Person to support the team!
What you will do:
- Daily updating and accurate generation and in-fill of data in various spreadsheets and drives in a timely manner.
- Composing report templates and using correct templates for generating proposals and all reports and invoices.
- Security field report data, photographic field report data, laboratory data and assigning to correct Client folders and drives. And then using this data to
- write reports, invoices and proposals in Word or Drive.
- Assuring that all data is accurate and entered accurately in correct files, drives, cost sheets, proposals, reports, other documents and invoices.
- Responsible for interfacing with nursery partners to ensure that all orders and activities are correctly communicated and entered in drives and documents including
- all updates in a timely manner.
- Responsible for getting lab info to nurseries in a timely manner so that grafting can take place.
- Interacting with Clients by telephone call, email or text to ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Use initiative to answer Client inquiries in a timely manner if in a suitable position to do so.
- Report to President the existence or receipt of emails, faxes, texts, telephone calls etc.that manager might not be informed of but should be aware.
- Use experience to suggest and develop opportunities to create efficiencies in all aspects of data management, proposal and report creation and submission and client
- access.
- Work with nurseries and labs to create efficiencies at every step of process.
- Responsible for completion of filing of all paperwork and documents at least once a week.
Who you are:
- Experienced proficiency with google drive, sheets, documents and Microsoft word and excel.
- Proficiency with Apple workspace and computers.
- Working knowledge of viticulture advantageous.
