Service Advisor

Four Star Freightliner is the Southeast region’s leading heavy and medium duty truck dealer that offers a complimentary line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Valdosta, GA location.

The new service advisor must be a problem-solver who works well with the public, is outgoing and very energetic. You will help to complete the customer‘s experience of a timely and accurate repair of their vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

• Create, update, close and bill repair orders
• Participate in the process of continuous improvement for customers, employees & the company
• Determine customer needs and timely plan to perform
• Promote safe work habits and ensures that safety rules are followed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus.
• Analysis/problem solving skills
• Team leadership and motivation skills to the service staff
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to develop and maintain a good business relationship with both external and internal customers
