Quality Inspector
Location: Reno, Nevada
1st Shift: 6am - 2pm @ $18.72/hr
2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm @ $19.22/hr
3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am @ $19.72/hr
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Sr. Quality Engineer the Quality Inspector is responsible to verify all processes are working correctly through periodic inspections of the product prior to shipping to the customer. If issues are detected in periodic inspections it is the duty of the Quality Inspector to notify the Quality Manager, Production Supervisor and Engineering Manager. It is also the duty of the Quality Inspector to drive containment actions to ensure that the quality and integrity of the product shipping to our customers is maintained.

Physical Requirements:
Location: Reno, Nevada
1st Shift: 6am - 2pm @ $18.72/hr
2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm @ $19.22/hr
3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am @ $19.72/hr

- Must possess a High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of one-year experience in Quality
- Must have good organizational skills and excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be able to determine good quality products versus non-conforming
- Strong computer skills and Beginner/Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Beginner/Intermediate level of experience with Quality Tools and Concepts (5S, 8D, Gage R&R, etc.)
- Must be willing to attend training sessions when necessary
- Must be able to do basic mathematics
- Must be able to work overtime
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and bend in both an office and manufacturing environment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to work
