Main Street Meats on Chattanooga's Southside is currently looking for an experienced line cook. We are a butcher shop, bourbon bar, and restaurant all in one. We need someone who is willing to work lunch or dinner shifts. Tip share is included for all of our line cooks. Looking for someone who can make an amazing cuban sandwich all the way to cooking a 60 day Dry Aged T-Bone to perfection. Come join our team! Resumés are encouraged or you can stop by in the afternoons and ask for Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Ferguson. Hope to meet you soon or I guess we should say "meat" you soon!

We specialize in whole animal butchery and are known for our steaks, sandwiches, our house burger, our charcuterie, & our dry age program. We also source local vegetables, pork, chicken, eggs, & cheeses. Our menu changes daily for both lunch & dinner. We are sister restaurants with chef-owned Easy Bistro & Bar as well as the new Little Coyote restaurant in St. Elmo. We are looking for solid team members!
