Schedule: Monday Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory, prescription processing, and workflow optimization, to meet patient needs and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the pharmacy budget, implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy practice, including HIPAA and DEA requirements.
• Implement quality assurance programs and medication safety initiatives to minimize risks and optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience in a Pharmacy Management role.
• Sterile compounding experience.
• Experience with PK Software and PioneerRx.
