Groundskeeper Job Summary: A large Midwest property management company is looking for a grounds person at a large apartment community. This person will be performing grounds work to maximize the appearance and safety of the property. Typical responsibilities include grounds, clean up, supporting the maintenance team, and keeping the property beautiful.
Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Raking, pulling weeds
- Mowing and trimming
- Snow shoveling and putting down salt in the winter
- Helping to maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
- General labor task to assist the maintenance/redec team
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift, Monday – Friday 8am - 4:30pm
- $16.00/HR
Groundskeeper Qualifications:
- Previous grounds/landscaping experience preferred
- Flexible to assist with a variety of tasks
- Someone who is self-directed and has the ability to work independently
- You must love the outdoors in all kinds of weather
