Soliant Health is excited to collaborate with a reputable school district in Oak Harbor, WA, seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time onsite position for the remainder of the school year. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to students' academic success and communication development within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and collaborate with educational teams and families to create personalized treatment plans
• Implement effective intervention strategies to improve students' communication abilities and academic performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Washington state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Preferred ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
