As a Master Machinist you will:
The Master Machinist will perform a wide range of metal fabricating activities in support of process and equipment development and maintenance, creation of product dies and tooling and prototyping.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certification from a Technical College or Master level training in machining and metal fabrication
- Be safety oriented, must be fluent in the safe operation of a range of machine shop equipment including 5 axis CNCs, lathes, mills, surface grinders, EDM- wire and electrode, and others
- Experienced with aided design and/or engineering tools including MasterCam, SolidWorks, Enterprise PDM, DraftSight and AutoCAD.
- The ability to use a variety of shop measuring tools including pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, etc.
- Experience with GD&T
Pay rate range: $29/hour-$35/hour
