Exciting Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Asuncion, Paraguay!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges.

Job Description: As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analytic services under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Providing behavior analytic services directly to clients.
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior during sessions.
• Collaborating with the BCBA to discuss client progress and receive feedback.
• Providing training to parents, caregivers, and other involved individuals.
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training.
• Ensuring the safety of yourself and clients during sessions.
• Completing accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
