Responsibilities

This full-time position provides support to the OGRA team by establishing new client accounts and generating any ancillary forms from account opening to inception of assets. Client Relationship Associate will also prepare reports for client meetings and process incoming deposits. Responsible for completing monthly expense reports and maintaining a running spreadsheet to categorically track the team's expenses. The Client Relationship Associate provides marketing support, which can be in the form of physical mailings, processing sponsorships (obtaining appropriate approvals and adhering to regulatory requirements), and maintaining the supply of marketing materials for the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish new accounts within ClientWorks and gather appropriate paperwork for additional account features, account transfers, and compliance-required disclosures and logs. Mail or docusign forms to clients as required.
  • Send the OGRA welcome kit to new clients after assets have been received.
  • Follow all steps of account opening from application to inception, making sure the account is in good order and resolving any issues within the appropriate department at LPL.
  • Process daily check deposits utilizing ClientWorks and the mobile banking app.
  • Process client or advisor initiated requests to transfer funds (Check Requests, ACH, Journals) as requested.
  • Produce reports for advisors prior to client meetings.
  • Generate monthly expense reports within CentreSuite for submission to the Director of Operations for approval and maintain a categorical spreadsheet to track expenses.
  • Process payment and complete appropriate marketing request form for sponsorships, golf tournaments, etc.
  • Process any updates in ClientWorks/Redtail CRM due to address, email, or telephone number change. Utilize Redtail to record daily notes on client interactions.
  • Utilize FMG Suite for the team's marketing efforts by updating client information in the contact database for birthday and other mailings
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies from Staples as well as marketing content from Dupli
  • Other various duties assigned by team
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in financial services industry a plus
  • Proficient use with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of current Social Media platforms and their various uses
  • Ability to work independently and with the department as a team
  • Monitors and checks work, plans and organizes time and resources effectively
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
