Job Summary:

  • Identify, evaluate, pursue and execute acquisition, divestiture, strategic partnership and minority investment opportunities

  • Lead transaction due-diligence and integration processes through managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure value-realization targets are achieved

  • Develop the Chamberlain Group's corporate development strategies

  • Research capital market trends and conduct market analysis on attractive industry sectors, technologies and geographies for expansion strategic fit for the company

  • Maintain strong network with deal flow sources to maintain/enhance acquisition and investment idea pipeline

  • Conduct valuation and financial modeling of transaction targets throughout the deal lifecycle

  • Develop and present investment recommendations to executive management and board of directors

  • Monitor and refine approach to Chamberlain Group's inorganic growth strategies

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience

  • Able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred; CFA charter preferred
