Established in 2021, Eminence Home Care is a leading provider of home care services. As a small, but growing, home care agency, we are seeking in-home caregivers, Licensed Nurse Assistants (LNA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team. No license is required!!

As a PCA/ LNA, you will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide hands-on care to clients in their home. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility including transferring and ambulation.
• Prepare and assist with meals and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands as needed.
