Join our Infrastructure Department, where your role will involve close collaboration with the project management and project engineering teams. Under the guidance of the Department Manager, you'll work alongside dedicated MEP engineers and licensed consultants to develop Quality Management Plans (QMP) for the department. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans, utilizing external QMS consultants, for multi-disciplinary engineering projects, including those in the construction, petrochemical, and oil & gas sectors.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and collaborate with external consultants to design comprehensive quality assurance
    and quality control plans, tailored specifically for the engineering design, construction,
    commissioning, and turnover stages of industrial gas terminals.
  • Oversee and manage all revisions and amendments to the QA & QC plan, ensuring its accuracy
    and alignment with project requirements.
  • Take charge of the seamless implementation and ongoing continual improvement of the detailed
    QA & QC plan.
  • Conduct both internal and external audits in accordance with the QA & QC plan, ensuring that all
    processes and procedures adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Review, provide constructive feedback, and approve contractor's and vendor's QA & QC
    programs, enabling collaboration and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the QA & QC plan. Recommend and implement
    improvements when required.
  • Ensure comprehensive document control of the QA & QC plan.

Skills and Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Chemical, or related field
    and typically 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the design and implementation of multi-discipline
    engineering QA QC plan.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in QA & QC roles in the construction, commissioning, and oil &
    gas industry
  • A strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) principles is required.
  • Willingness to travel to support at job sites (Less than 15% of the time).
