Industrial Inspection & Analysis is looking for motivated, energetic Aerial Lift and Mobile Inspection Technician Trainees to join our subsidiary Diversified Inspections/ITL. Technician Trainees will go through an in-depth, intensive training program conducted by a Certified Aerial Lift Inspector. Initial training will be held at our Phoenix, Arizona office. The trainee will have the opportunity to become a Field Technician once the training course has been completed.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Highly self-motivated and committed to the success of Diversified Inspections/ITL, Inc.
• Punctual
• Provide High Quality Customer Service
• Accountable
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, climb, crawl and twist for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to travel for an extended period of time
• Available to work varying shifts, which may include weekends, overnights and Holidays
• Take and pass all pre-employment screening, including background and initial and future random drug screening.

Skills Required

• Mechanically Inclined
• Basic Knowledge of Physical and Mechanical Principles (Mechanical Processes, Movement and Assembly)
• Basic knowledge of Hand Tools
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Conduct’s job responsibilities in a professional and safe manner
• Adequate visual acuity and perception to identify and distinguish light, color, depth, distance and other elements pertaining to spatial resolution
• Must be able to work independently with some direction from management
