As a CS, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence, working directly with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to craft and implement personalized behavioral treatment plans. With both Part-Time and Full-Time positions available, flexibility is at your fingertips. Dive into a role where every weekend holds the potential for transformative change, as you dedicate a minimum of 5 billable hours per day to your craft.

Compensation and Location

• Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00/hour (DOE
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Location: Riverside, California (CA)

Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting our dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide invaluable feedback and direction.
• You'll be instrumental in shaping behavior analytic skills, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.

But it doesn't stop there. As a CS, you'll be the linchpin in maintaining compliance, fostering effective communication with parents, and collaborating seamlessly with funding sources. Applicant requirements include:

• A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services. Alternatively, if you're currently enrolled in a graduate program with a thirst for knowledge and at least 1 year of ABA experience, we want to hear from you.
