Job Summary
Scottys Hydraulic Service, a division of River Bend Hose Specialty, is seeking a highly motivated individual to service hydraulic equipment. As a Hydraulic Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and rebuilding of hydraulic equipment from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience with repair, mechanic, and/or maintenance services. Responsibilities

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and testing hydraulic equipment and systems
• Repairing or replacing defective or worn-out components
• Adjusting and calibrating equipment and systems
• Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and manuals
• Using various hand and power tools
• Documenting work activities and labor hours
• Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner
• Any additional duties as required by the shop manager

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-placement drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Maintain productivity with minimal supervision
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and/or stoop during work hours
• Effectively communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers, co-workers, supervisors, management, and other personnel
