As the mastermind behind our visual concepts, you'll collaborate with creative contractors, sales associates, and stock specialists to create captivating displays that enchant our customers. With your eye for detail and knack for organization, you'll ensure our stores are always ready for exciting events and promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute overall display and window concepts at all store locations, adding a touch of magic to our spaces.
• Work closely with the team to ensure daily restocking of displays, ensuring our shelves are filled with wonders.
• Prepare store displays for in-store events and promotions, transforming our stores into enchanting experiences.
• Coordinate the rotation of store displays and inventory to and from the warehouse, keeping our displays fresh and enticing.
• Collaborate and strategize with the marketing department, bringing seasonal themes to life in our displays.
• Oversee and assist creative contractors in implementing captivating store window displays that draw customers in.
• Plan and supervise large store moves during festive seasons like Christmas and Spring, ensuring a smooth transition that delights our customers.
• Some travel between Germantown, TN.(Memphis) and Nashville required.

Miscellaneous:

• Jump in and provide store sales coverage if needed, filling gaps with your exceptional sales skills.
• Lead by example both personally and professionally, inspiring the team with your creativity, passion, and dedication.
