We are currently hiring for the Entry-Level Product Specialist role.
This position is FULL TIME IN-PERSON.
*This position involves customer facing sales and marketing in multiple settings*

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL PRODUCT SPECIALIST:
- Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadlines.
- Close and follow-up on sales transactions.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.
- Will work with a team to ensure excellent product delivery.
- After training, have and use a wealth of knowledge about a product or service.
- Develop business sales, price and profitability strategies.
- Analyze market trends to recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase
revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sharp and concise customer service and communication skills
- Consider yourself to be a peoples person
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and train
- BS preferred or similar experience
