Human Resources Assistant

Baxter Manufacturing a full-service supplier to the automotive plastics industry, located in Westminster, SC has an immediate opening for a part-time Human Resources Assistant. If you are looking for an entry level position in HR or possibly are already in HR and looking to scale back to part-time, this is a great opportunity! Our HR team is busy but we support and interact well with one another, like what we do, and have a little fun at times also! This is an on-site position working three days per week supporting a busy Human Resources department with various administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, assisting new employees with onboarding, coordinating meetings between onsite personnel and remote personnel, relaying messages, computer data entry, distributing mail, assisting with various employee events, and providing administrative assistance to other departments as time allows.

Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, able to perform accurate data entry, have a professional and friendly demeanor, ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality of documents and records, meetings, and conversations. Secondary HR education or experience in an HR office is a plus.
