Insurance Telemarketer / Lead Generator

We are looking for the right individual to fill a part-time or full-time position as a Telemarketer for our agency. If you like to talk with people and have experience in making cold or follow up calls, this job is for you! Must be disciplined and motivated! Hourly and bonus for obtaining insurance leads for agents. Work from home flexiblity.

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
