Community First Bank is seeking a part-time (30 hours/wk) Information Systems Support Specialist Tier 2 to join our Information Systems team. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INFORMATIN SYSTEMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST TIER 2

As a Tier 2 Information Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, managing network systems, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to support the banking operations effectively. Additionally, the tier 2 technician collaborates closely with our third-party IT vendor to deliver comprehensive support and to help in maintaining a seamless IT environment.

Ideal candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities along with adhering to project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in an Information Technology related field
  • Two years of demonstrated computer and/or application IT support
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with outside support resources.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and vendors.
  • Understanding of network protocols, hardware components and operating systems.

WORK SCHEDULE


This is a part-time (30 hours/wk) Monday - Friday position with some flexibility in work location and hours.
