Depending on experience, this role makes $23-$30 an hour plus benefits. High performers have earned between $70,000 and $150,000 in total compensation.

Candidates for this role should have:

👍 Worked as a plumber or apprentice plumber before.

👍 Thorough knowledge of basic safety regulations and local plumbing codes.

👍 Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

👍 Experience with some or all of the following:

• Stack re-pipes
• Water heaters (tankless)
• Faucets & fixtures
• Toilets
• Sub pumps

👍 Fluency in English.

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.

This role will be focused on Residential Service, playing a critical role in responding to plumbing service and repair calls. You will:

👍 Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, while building strong relationships with our customers.

👍 Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.

👍 Explain multiple options (solution pricing + financing) to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
