Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice 18-Bed Facility

An Excellent Opportunity
Mountain Valley has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant in our In Patient Units in Dobson and Yadkin, NC. This position will work as part of a care team - The CNA is required to follow and document the Plan of Care under the guidance of an RN charge nurse.

Provide care for patients such as bathing, hair, mouth and skin care following the patient care plan.
Recognize, report, and document changes in patient/client condition.
Schedule
3 12-hour day shifts, 7a-7p
Weekend rotation
Qualifications
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant License
BLS Certification
Valid Driver’s License
