CRNA position

We are looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in the Ladysmith, Wisconsin area.

The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing various medical procedures. This position offers a base salary of $217,000-$240,000 and a full benefits package, including up to a $100,000 sign-on bonus or student loan forgiveness based on commitment.

No call, nights or weekends in a CRNA only practice.

The cases that are being performed at the facility are regional, OB, peds, orthopedics, and mostly outpatient cases.

The group has a very supportive care team model. CRNAs will be supervised by anesthesiologists roughly 50% of the time.

Provide basic health care or medical treatments to patients; ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures; monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed.

Explain procedures to patients; provide pre-operative instructions; ensure the patient is prepared for tests or treatments; provide emotional support as needed.

Requirements:

New graduates or experienced in anesthesia care from various medical settings

Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a full, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

Experience providing comprehensive anesthesia services to both adult and pediatric patients.

Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthetic care.

Proficiency in administering anesthetic medications and monitoring patient's vital signs during procedures
