Assistant Clubhouse Engineer

Join our team at a private Golf Course and Country Club in El Dorado Hills as a Maintenance Technician. We're looking for an experienced and dependable individual for a full-time position. To qualify, you need a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in country clubs, apartments, restaurants, or hotels. You should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more. Additional training in related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include:

• Maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevator, ventilation, and building structures.
• Addressing plumbing issues like leaks and clogs.
• Performing tasks such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Ensuring the HVAC system, refrigerators, ice machines, and pool pumps are in working order.
• Replacing light bulbs, tubes, ballasts, switches, etc.
