DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE

Michigan Broadband Services is currently placing fiber internet in Carney and Wallace and is actively seeking a Direct Sales Associate.  The right candidate will be required to market and promote our Fiber Internet, voice, and streaming TV services through cold-calling and door-to-door interactions.  On-the-job training and all the tools necessary to help you succeed will be provided.

This is a full-time hourly based position with potential for additional excellent commission pay and comes with a full benefit package.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell products through door-to-door transactions in Michigan Broadband Services residential market.
• Build a robust pipeline and conduct phone and/or email follow-ups to secure sales.
• Drive customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and outstanding service.
• Meet individual and team goals.
• Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments as necessary.
• Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best for them, this may include some evening and Saturday appointments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a bonus.
• Proven track record of sales experience is required.
• Ability to handle mature conversations with customers and other employees in a respectful manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• A minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Good computer skills are a must.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
