As the Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our sales and service teams. This position demands a versatile individual with a deep understanding and first-hand experience in automotive sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs tailored to the sales and service operations, equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their positions.
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
• Conduct training sessions in various settings, including classroom and hands-on, dealership visits, and remotely.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to support their continuous improvement and development.
• Analyze comprehensive reports that identify process deficiencies to help inform where additional training or coaching is needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive sales and service training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales and service.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to all Lee Auto Malls' locations statewide; mileage paid.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
