Ring the dinner bell! The Haywire & The Ranch brand is looking for our next great Line Cook! Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

- Possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality
- Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every menu item has been prepared correctly and every detail is perfect
- Know the cooking techniques and menu builds like the back of their hands
- Understand the importance of a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment and take the safety of the food, guests and team seriously

- Understand the balance of Texas hospitality and efficiency
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city, and company regulations
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
- Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
- Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
