Are you a trend-savvy individual with an eye for color? Sadler's Home Furnishings is seeking Sales Associates to bring their creativity to the forefront. As a Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers, guiding them to discover their unique style by selecting the perfect furniture and accessories for their home.

Our stores include Sadler’s, Williams & Kay, La-Z-Boy, Ashley, The Ultimate Mattress Store, and Mattress Firm, with locations in Anchorage, Wasilla, Sterling, and Fairbanks.

**Earning Potential:**
Enjoy a fantastic earning potential, with established associates making $70,000 - $125,000 or more annually. Your dedication and skills will be acknowledged and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome each customer in a sincere and friendly manner.
- Listen carefully to the customer’s needs.
- Help customers find the best solutions utilizing our showroom and special-order options.
- Learn about our products through informative meetings by manufacturer representatives.
- Be able to inform customers on the products we sell.
- Help create and present design plans utilizing our in-house Interior Designer
Qualifications:
- Prior selling experience preferred.
- Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
- Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.
- Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs (email, word processing)
- Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.
