Wolf Creek Branch Coordinator

We are seeking a Branch Coordinator! The primary function of this position is to deliver high-quality service to our members. The successful candidate is a dynamic individual capable of self-motivation in an independent work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish new member relationships
• Retain and develop the relationship with existing members
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately while assessing additional needs of the member
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and problem solving in accordance with established procedures and regulations
• Promote benefits of self-service banking to include ATMs, online banking and mobile banking

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial services, or other related fields
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent oral / written communication skills
