Account Receivable Supervisor

Collision Auto Parts is a leading value-added distributor of certified and non-certified aftermarket collision repair parts serving California and New Mexico since 2005. The Company’s product categories include bumper covers, grilles, fender lines, hoods, tail lamps, head lamps, and others. Collision Auto Parts utilizes a robust fleet of trucks to deliver parts to customers on a daily basis. Through tenured supplier relationships and a dedicated commitment to customer service, the Company has been able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships with national and regional MSOs.

Qualifications required:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 2 Years of Supervisory experience

· Basic computer skills

· Bilingual in English and Spanish Required

· Basic accounting

· Cashier experience

· Simultaneous POS and ERP Experience Preferred

· Reliable and responsible

· Training on Company’s POS software

· MS Office Skills in Word, Excel, and Teams

· Ability, experience, and skillset with desktop phones and computers.

· 100% Time Spent in the Office.

Specifications of responsibilities:

· Supervise AR Team on daily tasks

· Collection of past due accounts

· Create monthly statements for customers

· Create aging reports

· Process Driver Out (Generate Invoice) or Driver In (Reconcile Driver)

· Highlight pick list from previous day on Cashier Daily Reconciliation Report

· Apply payments from previous day

· Process credit memos and will call orders.

· Sort paid pick list

· File Weekly and Net 30 pick list in customer file

· Charge credit cards when driver or customer call

· Help customer on the phone with accounting issues or concerns

· Process will call orders

· Process will call pick list

· Make cash deposit at the end of the day

· Count cash register at the end of the day

· Assist sales on account issues or questions

· Authorized to leave parts and collect payment later

· Authorized to make changes to accounts such as name, phone, and address change

· Authorized to approve temporary credits

· Scan Net customer’s pick list and credit memos

· Must maintain coverage at the front with two or more AR Staff

· Other duties assigned by management
