Leading supplier of flooring, countertop, wall tile, and hardscaping products in North America is looking for a reliable Sales Representative

Location: Hayward, CA 94541

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for working with
customers face to face and helping with product selection.

Compensation: $18+, plus Over Time(paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses

. Annual average between $51,900 and
$68,300 depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm; and Alternate Sat
*Must be able to work every other Saturday

Responsibilities:
o Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
o Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
o Build and maintain company customer relationships.
o Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls.
o Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with
customers.
o Track stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.
o Assist customers in determining order requirements or services.
o Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
o Quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for customers.
o Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
o Schedule trucking and delivery of material to customer, based on delivery schedule.
o Create shipping order and packing list.
o Troubleshoot customer issues during delivery process.

Requirements:
o High School Education Required.
o Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
o Good mathematical skills; ability to do calculations quickly.
o Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
o Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
