Job Description
Thriving skip tracing and repossession company in Fair Oaks, CA has an immediate position open for a Client Service Representative. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for collaborating with the team to handle incoming and outgoing calls, both email and verbal communication with repossession agents, clients and staff, billing, working with reports, and additional various duties. (NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE DOING ANY COLLECTIONS, ETC.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the intermediary point of contact for clients and agents
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management
We are looking for someone with the following traits:
