Manufacturing Operator 1

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the success of our production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator or similar role preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with Fanuc systems and GD&T principles
- Basic knowledge of CAM programming and tooling
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
