Job Summary:

Do you want to work for one of the top 25 contracting companies in America? Bachman’s Roofing, Solar and Remodeling is currently hiring Residential Salesman and have two positions open. The salesperson will be responsible for running company provided “HOT” appointments, mostly during the day. We will provide you with all the tools necessary to do your job to the best of your ability including but not limited to a phone, iPad, computer, vehicle, and gas card.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for following up on company provided leads and pursuing new customers.

*Demonstrates the ability to anticipate customers’ needs and make appropriate recommendations.

*Develop ongoing relationships with local residents within their assigned territory for referrals.

*Be able to provide a full home evaluation including documentation regarding attic space with detailed drawings when possible.

*Deliver a company approved dynamic, powerful, and informative sales presentation.

*Ensure that company vehicles contain all the necessary items needed to ensure that you are prepared to give a powerful, robust presentation and that you are ready to present a price and sign the contract.

*Responsible for self-development through a variety of educational resources, including but not limited to vendor seminars, videos, and books.

*Participation in the department’s weekly sales meetings.

*Attendance at trade shows held at various times during the year.

Requirements:

*Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales goals set by the Sales Manager.

*Maintain the appropriate appointment to closing sales ratio goals set by the Sales Manager.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Must be dependable and ensure of prompt arrival for all customer appointments.

*Responsible for prompt and courteous follow up to all customer communications.

*Proficient in taking measurements and math skills.

*Have and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (for operation of a company vehicle).

*Demonstrates accurate and appropriate use and knowledge of our CRM, Microsoft Office, and iOS equipment.

*Provide daily updates regarding scheduling using outlook calendar.

Physical Demands:

*Requires work in all weather conditions and to have a flexible work schedule.

*Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and climb a ladder.

*Use hands and fingers to feel objects, handle tools, and or controls.

* Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance.

*Regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
