Performance Project Manager-Remote

Payrate: $45-$48/hr

Our leading Communications Tech client is hiring a part-time Project Manager, working 20 hours per week from May through the end of September. This role will drive the success of our Mid-year Promotion Cycle, enabling the program team to achieve their goals. You'll facilitate team collaboration, identify dependencies and risks, resolve blockers, and ensure predictable and timely delivery of programs.

Daily Duties:

Schedules and facilitates weekly project team meetings

Tracks action items and escalates risk

Maintains project documentation

Manages and schedules ad hoc meetings

Ongoing COE troubleshooting and support

(cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, monitor HRBP slack channel,

etc.)

Workday testing

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to successfully lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Experience working in an HR

function, preferably in Talent Management, with a strong understanding of HR

processes and systems.

Strong ability to quickly build

relationships and establish rapport with various cross-functional stakeholders

including HR business partners, IT, and other departments.

Proficient in maintaining project

schedules and ensuring tasks are completed according to deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal

communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and

concisely.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to

and manage change, remaining flexible and proactive in addressing evolving

project needs and requirements.

Nice to have:

Experience working in tech

Experience working with Google Suite
