Production Worker

Hello,

My name is David, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Production Worker for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­Greendale, IN. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $22.50
• Scribing/Capturing/verifying (both manually and electronically) inputs, recipes & values essential for maintaining equipment operation, maintenance and sanitation at the required frequency.
• Completes all required Batch Production Record (BPR) information.
• Must respond urgently and mindfully to malfunctions that occur with the Mogul equipment and escalate in accordance with the escalation protocol.
• Use of Scale and Basic Math/standard to metric conversion
• Raw Material verification
• Raw material pre-weighing
• Promptly reports to Production Supervisor and designated Production Worker Lead/Foreperson all equipment malfunctions, as well as process and product quality deviations as they occur.
• Clean Mogul equipment and required areas to company standard daily.
• Observe and follow all safety procedures.
• Comply with all PPE requirements.
• Observe and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Food Safety Plan (HACCP), and Food Quality Plan (FQP).
• Responsible for producing high quality product in each step of production.
• Accurately record raw material usage and other relevant information on daily Mogul reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree, (GED)
• Manufacturing Experience
