Part Time Office Assistant

Part-Time could lead to Full Time position.

Create, maintain, and pay Utility Accounts.

Maintain open and closed jobs.

Process check run.

Scan and maintain vendor and check files.

Manage and update auto and equipment list.

Make sure all auto and equipment are up to date on tags and fees.

Review, maintain and pay property taxes.

Update items in the Purchase Order system

Other tasks as directed by management.

Construction experience preferred.

Quickbooks experience preferred.

The right person should be able to handle multiple task at the same time as well as be very flexible with their day to day tasks and still be able to meet deadlines.
