Summer Camp Staff- Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County

Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County is hiring part-time and full-time summer enrichment program staff (Youth Development Professionals). We have locations in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres.

What we offer:

• A safe, fun environment where you will work with youth, ages 6-18 years old
• Flexible scheduling- if you are a student or have another job, we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
• Full training- hands on and specialized trainings

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading games and activities inside and outside
• Implementing BGCA lesson plans, including Summer Brain Gain, Triple Play, and more.
• Cleaning up the facilities daily and being a team player
• Closely supervising and engaging with children ages 6-18.
• Chaperoning field trips

Requirements:

• Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Must complete a level 2 background screening once hired. *There may be a fee for this if you are not found in the system.*
• CPR certification required.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
